Custom Button Badge

Button Badge Types & Sizes Singapore: Pin, Magnet, Mirror & Bottle-Opener Backs

The classic button badge — a printed design under a clear dome — is one of the cheapest, most versatile custom items going. But the backing you choose changes what it does: a pin, a fridge magnet, a mirror, even a bottle opener. Here’s a guide to button badge types, backings and sizes.

The 30-second version: pick the backing for the job (pin for wearing, magnet for fridges, mirror/opener for novelty), choose a size (44mm and 58mm are the popular ones), and supply bold, simple artwork. Our default MOQ is 200 pieces, though it isn’t strict — badges are cheap to produce and often run at lower minimums.

Sizes & artwork

Common round sizes are 32mm, 44mm, 58mm and 75mm — 44mm and 58mm are the popular all-rounders (big enough to read, cheap at volume). Square and rectangular shapes are also available. Because the design sits under a small dome, keep artwork bold and simple — a clear logo, slogan or mascot reads far better than fine detail. Full-colour printing is standard, so colour is free.
