Why Singapore brands choose Aquaholic for a customised tie
A custom necktie is a small object that has to do a lot: reproduce brand colour exactly, sit correctly around the collar, survive plenty of wear, and arrive on time for an event where everyone is watching. Here is what we build into every custom made tie order.
Pantone-matched colour accuracyWe match to Pantone TPX / TCX references before production begins, so the red in your logo is the red on the blade — not an approximation. |
Four decoration methods under one roofSublimation, silk-screen, embroidery and jacquard weaves — we recommend the method that fits the artwork, not the one that’s easiest for us. |
Physical strike-off proofsFor larger orders and critical brand colours we send a physical sample — you sign off on a real woven or printed tie, not a screen render. |
Singapore-based project managementOne point of contact in Singapore from first enquiry to delivery — artwork, proofs, logistics and invoicing all go through the same person. |
Custom tie printing & decoration methods we offer
The right custom tie printing method depends on the artwork, the fabric and the quantity. Here is how we pick between the four techniques we run in-house for every custom print tie project.
Sublimation printing — full-colour, photographic artwork
Best for gradients, photographic logos and all-over patterns on polyester satin. Colour penetrates the fibre, so the print doesn’t crack or peel over years of wear. The default choice for complex custom tie with logo artwork.
Silk-screen printing — solid-colour logos, crisp edges
Ideal for simple two- or three-colour logos on silk or woven polyester. Excellent solid-block opacity and very cost-efficient at mid-volume — a long-standing favourite for corporate tie runs.
Embroidery — crest, monogram, school & alumni ties
For crests, initials and textured logos where depth matters. Most commonly requested on school prefect ties, reunion ties and law-firm or finance-sector corporate neckwear.
Jacquard weaving — pattern woven into the cloth
The premium method: logo or motif is woven directly into the silk or polyester, not printed on top. Requires higher volumes and longer lead times, but delivers the most prestigious finish for C-suite gifting.
Who we produce the customised tie for
A well-executed custom necktie works across a surprising number of Singapore contexts. Here are the order profiles we handle most often.
Corporate teams & leadership giftingBanks, law firms, insurance, real estate, consultancies. Executive corporate tie runs for client-facing staff, D&D dinners and long-service gifts — usually on woven polyester or silk with a single embroidered monogram or woven logo. |
Schools, JCs & universitiesPrefect ties, house/faculty colours, alumni reunion batches and NUS/NTU/SMU graduation gifts. Crest accuracy and stripe alignment on the blade are what separates a good school custom made tie from a generic one. |
Events, conferences & MICEDelegate neckties, speaker gifts, annual-dinner themed ties, volunteer ID neckwear. We plan orders around the Singapore MICE calendar, so your ties land before the rehearsal — not during it. |
Weddings, F&B & hospitality uniformsGroomsmen-party ties in matching fabric, bow-tie sets for wedding emcees, and restaurant / hotel / concierge uniforms where a bespoke house pattern is part of the brand identity. |
Every variable you control on a custom tie with logo
A custom tie with logo is not just a print job — there are a dozen small decisions that shape how the final tie looks in a photograph and feels on the wearer. We specify them all, up front, before the first proof goes into production.
| Fabric — microfibre polyester, woven polyester twill, 100% silk | Length — standard 147cm, tall 157cm, children / slim 120cm |
| Width — classic 8cm, slim 6cm, skinny 5cm | Lining weight — 2-fold, 3-fold or 7-fold construction |
| Logo placement — blade tip, under-knot, all-over pattern, back-tipping label | Colour matching — Pantone TPX / TCX to artwork |
| Keeper loop — branded woven label inside keeper | Packaging — poly-bag, kraft box, gift box with ribbon, custom sleeve |
How to order a custom made tie Singapore run from Aquaholic
Every custom made tie Singapore project follows the same five-step path. Typical lead time from confirmed artwork is 30 working days onwards; larger or woven-jacquard orders may take longer, so plan backwards from the wear-date.
Enquiry & scoping
Send over quantity, preferred fabric, logo/artwork, event date and any colour references. We’ll come back with a same-day acknowledgement and a scoping call if needed.
Quotation & method recommendation
You receive a written quote with unit pricing, recommended decoration method, suggested fabric, lead time and payment terms.
Artwork & digital proof
Our design team prepares a to-scale mock-up on the actual tie shape, with Pantone call-outs. You sign off on the digital proof before anything hits the print or loom.
Physical strike-off (where applicable) & production
For jacquard and brand-critical runs we produce a physical sample. Once signed off, bulk production begins — typically completing within 30 working days.
QC, packing & island-wide delivery
Every tie is visually inspected, pressed, folded and packaged to your chosen spec. We deliver anywhere in Singapore; multi-drop deliveries (e.g., per school hall or per event venue) can be arranged.
MOQ, lead time & what to budget
To keep per-tie pricing efficient, Aquaholic runs a 200-piece minimum order quantity on all customised tie projects. That keeps set-up costs (digitising, Pantone matching, strike-off) proportionate to the order value.
- MOQ: 200 pieces per design. Mixed lengths or multiple colourways are welcome inside one 200-piece run.
- Lead time: 30 working days onwards from artwork sign-off. Jacquard weaves and larger orders can run longer — confirm at quote stage.
- Rush jobs: sometimes possible for sublimation runs. Talk to us early if your event date is inside six weeks.
- Pricing drivers: fabric grade, decoration method, whether a physical strike-off is required, and packaging.

Frequently asked questions about our customised tie service
What is the minimum order quantity for a customised tie in Singapore?
The MOQ at Aquaholic Gifts is 200 pieces per design. You can mix lengths (standard / tall / slim) or minor colourway variations within a single 200-piece run, provided the core artwork is the same.
How long does a custom made tie order take?
Typical lead time is 30 working days onwards from artwork sign-off, including production, QC, pressing, packing and delivery within Singapore. Jacquard-woven and larger-volume orders may take longer — confirm at quote stage.
Which decoration method is best for a custom tie with logo?
Full-colour or gradient logos are best reproduced by sublimation printing. Simple 1–3 colour logos suit silk-screen printing. Crests and monograms with texture look best in embroidery. For premium C-suite gifting, a jacquard woven logo is the most prestigious option.
Can you match a specific corporate or school Pantone colour?
Yes — we match to Pantone TPX or TCX references before production. For brand-critical colours we recommend a physical strike-off sample so you can sign off on the actual woven or printed tie before the bulk run begins.
What artwork format do you need for a custom print tie?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal because they scale cleanly. If you only have a raster file (JPG, PNG), send the highest resolution available and we’ll redraw it — see our artwork & file prep guide for full specs.
Do you deliver custom neckties island-wide in Singapore?
Yes. We deliver across Singapore and can arrange multi-drop deliveries (per school hall, per venue, per office branch) at no additional cost for agreed addresses. International shipping is available on request.
Ready to brief your customised tie order?
Send us your logo, quantity and event date. You’ll have a scoped quote back the same working day, and a to-scale digital proof inside 2–3 working days of confirmation.
