Can each cushion carry a different name or design?

Yes — variable-data printing supports individual personalisation. Send a clean spreadsheet with one row per recipient and add a few extra working days to the standard timeline.

Do you supply a physical sample before the main run?

Yes, on request. Physical samples typically cost S$60–90 and take around 5–7 working days. The sample cost is often credited back when you proceed with the full production run.

Can I order printed covers only, without inserts?

Yes. Hospitality and F&B clients regularly order cover-only refreshes because they rotate covers seasonally while reusing the same inserts.

Will the print fade or peel after washing?

Dye-sublimation prints are heat-bonded into the fibres and survive years of normal machine washing on a cool cycle. Heat-transfer vinyl prints should be hand-washed for maximum life.

Do you deliver to event venues or hotels directly?

Yes — islandwide Singapore delivery is included. We coordinate directly with venue operations or hotel loading docks for large hospitality rollouts.

Can I order Oeko-Tex or fire-retardant fabrics?

Yes, on request. Flag it on the first call as it affects fabric sourcing and may add a few days to the lead time.

Do you offer bespoke cushion shapes?
