We produced 200 of these in August 2026 for a secondary school in Punggol, printed in full colour on the flat top panel — the only face large enough to carry artwork, at roughly 55 × 35 mm. That constraint mattered: the school crest was an aged-parchment illustration with tonal gradients and fine serif lettering, which single-colour pad printing would have flattened into a silhouette. Full-colour UV holds the tonal range and cures directly onto the textured casing. Supply crest artwork as vector with type no smaller than 6 pt, and tell recipients the dial is the volume control, not a radio tuner.
