Polypropylene is the practical choice here: it stays flexible at ice temperatures instead of cracking the way acrylic does after a few months of nightly service. For branding, a single-colour screen print in a warm metallic or bright accent reads far better on gloss black than a full-colour process print, which tends to sink into the dark surface under low bar lighting.
