Recycled milk carton board is a specific, checkable claim. Most notebooks sold as recycled are vague about which part is recycled and by how much. Here the cover is made from used beverage cartons and the pages are recycled stock — a recovered material you can name in a sustainability report rather than a general green adjective. The flecked, slightly uneven cover texture is the carton fibre showing through, not a printing defect.

This recycled paper notebook is built like a proper notebook, not a giveaway. A 2mm hard cover, a bookmark ribbon, an elastic band and a pen loop are the four things people actually notice in daily use, and plenty of notebooks twice this price omit at least one.

Print softer than you expect. Uncoated recycled stock absorbs ink, so colours sit a shade duller than on a laminated cover and fine reverse type closes up. Design for a solid mark; a single-colour logo on this cover looks considered, and a four-colour photographic print does not.
