Custom Coaster Shapes, Sizes & Sets Singapore: Round, Square & Coaster Sets

A coaster’s shape and size do more than you’d think — they decide how much branding space you get, whether it suits a mug or a tumbler, and whether it reads premium or cheap. Before you order a custom coaster, here’s a guide to shapes, sizes and sets so you choose the right one.

The 30-second version: round (~9–10cm) is the classic; square gives more print area; a coaster set with a holder is a premium gift. Size to the cups it’ll sit under. Our default MOQ is 200 pieces, though it isn’t strict — smaller runs are often possible when a style is in stock or the artwork is simplified.

Coaster sets

A single coaster is a giveaway; a set of 4 or 6 in a holder is a gift. A boxed coaster set — matching designs with a wooden or acrylic caddy — reads as a considered present, perfect for housewarmings, clients and premium gifting. Sets also give you a series of designs (a different motif per coaster) for a more collectible feel. The material sets the tone — see our coaster materials guide.

Want function too?
