A spiral notebook lies flat, and that is the whole argument for it. A case bound book fights you at the gutter and needs a hand to hold it open. Twin wire opens to 180 degrees and stays there, which is why it suits training sessions, site visits, conferences and anywhere people write standing up.

Same recovered material as the hardcover. The cover is made from used beverage cartons and the pages are recycled stock, and there is a made from recycled paper mark printed inside so the claim travels with the book rather than living only on your quotation.

At 4mm it is a genuinely slim notebook. That makes it a better fit for a conference satchel or a welcome pack where thickness matters, and it is the reason this spiral notebook costs noticeably less per head than the hardcover.
