Everything you need to know about production lead times, delivery options across Singapore, and how we handle bulk corporate orders.
Overview
At Aquaholic Gifts, almost every order is custom-produced — your logo, your artwork, your specifications. Because of this, our delivery timelines include both a production phase (printing, embroidery, assembly) and a delivery phase. Understanding both helps you plan your campaign, event, or onboarding kit without surprises.
All lead times quoted are in Singapore working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) and begin from the date your artwork or proof is approved — not from the date your order is placed.
Important: The clock starts when you approve your artwork proof, not when payment is received. Delays in artwork approval will push out your delivery date accordingly. Please plan your timeline around your approval date.

These timelines assume standard artwork (no complex re-drawing). If your artwork requires design work or significant file preparation, additional time may be needed before production can begin.
Delivery Options
We deliver to all addresses in Singapore — residential, commercial, and industrial. For corporate orders, we can deliver to multiple addresses (e.g. different office floors or locations); please inform us upfront so we can factor in split-delivery costs.
1–3 Working Days After Production
Delivered via our courier partners. Signature required for large or high-value orders. Tracking number provided when order is dispatched.
Available on Request
For urgent deliveries post-production. Subject to availability and additional courier surcharges. WhatsApp us to arrange.
Lorry / Van for Large Orders
Orders above 500 pcs or exceeding standard courier weight/dimension limits will be dispatched via van or lorry delivery. We will confirm arrangements with you directly.
Available at Our Office
You are welcome to collect your order at our Singapore office. Please schedule a collection time via WhatsApp so we can have your order ready.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on order size, weight, and destination. Standard courier delivery within Singapore is typically included for orders above a minimum order value; please confirm at the time of quoting.

Delivery fees will always be confirmed in your quotation before you place an order. We do not apply hidden charges.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
For corporate clients ordering for events, onboarding kits, year-end gifts, or government tenders, we recommend planning your timeline with the following in mind:
- Allow at least 3 working days for quotation, artwork review, and order confirmation before production begins.
- Artwork approval is your responsibility. We will send a digital proof for your sign-off — production only begins after written approval is received.
- For event-critical deadlines (e.g. D&D, conference, product launch), share your hard deadline with us upfront so we can advise on feasibility and prioritise accordingly.
- Split deliveries to multiple office locations or event venues can be arranged. Please confirm all delivery addresses before production begins.
- GeBIZ / procurement portal orders: lead time must be computed from artwork approval, not from purchase order date. We will work with your procurement team to align timelines.
- Packing and gift-boxing services are available for premium corporate gift sets — enquire when placing your order.
Planning a large event? We recommend a minimum of 3–4 weeks lead time for orders above 300 pcs to allow for production, quality checks, and buffer for any artwork revisions. Contact us early — we can hold slots for confirmed orders.
Express Production
We understand that corporate timelines sometimes compress unexpectedly — a last-minute event, a surprise VIP visit, an urgent onboarding. We offer express production for select product categories, subject to availability.
Express production typically involves priority queue placement, overtime production, and expedited courier handling. An express surcharge applies, which we will quote transparently before you confirm.
- Express orders must have artwork fully ready and approved at the time of booking — no revisions after express production begins.
- Minimum quantities for express production may differ from standard — WhatsApp us to confirm.
- Express production is subject to current capacity. We recommend contacting us as early as possible even if your deadline is tight.
- Express surcharges range from 20–50% depending on urgency and product type. This will be stated explicitly in your quotation.

Self-Collection
Self-collection is available and free of charge. It is a popular option for clients who want to do a quick quality check before distributing gifts at their event.
- Please schedule a collection time via WhatsApp — walk-ins without prior arrangement may face delays.
- We will send you a WhatsApp notification when your order is ready for collection.
- Bring your order confirmation or invoice for verification.
- Collections are available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (excluding public holidays).

International Shipping
Our primary market is Singapore. International shipping to Malaysia, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian countries is available on a case-by-case basis for corporate clients.
- International orders require full prepayment.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery charges at the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
- International shipping lead times are in addition to production lead times and depend on the courier service and destination country.
- We recommend sea freight for large bulk orders to keep costs manageable. We can advise on options when quoting.
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs clearance delays outside our control. We recommend building additional buffer time into your planning for international deliveries.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use the tracking number on the respective courier’s website to monitor your delivery.
- Tracking is available for all standard courier deliveries within Singapore.
- For van/lorry bulk deliveries, our team will coordinate directly with you on delivery date and time window.
