Stacking is a cupboard argument, not a styling one. Office pantries run out of shelf before they run out of mugs. A mug that nests cuts the footprint of a set of four to roughly the height of two, which is the difference between a gift that stays on the shelf and one that ends up in a drawer.

Matte outside, gloss inside. The matte glaze holds a pad print cleanly and does not flare under office lighting in photos. The gloss inner and rim are there for the lip and for washing — matte glaze on a rim feels chalky, and this avoids it.

Handwash only, and we would rather say so here. The matte finish will dull in a commercial dishwasher. If the recipients are a warehouse or a site team rather than an office, the gloss ceramic styles in the range are the safer specification.

Where it sits in the range. This is the stacking option in our custom mug range. At under five dollars it works as a volume staff gift, and the optional printed sleeve lets you carry a campaign design on the box without changing the mug print.
