Sublimation is why this one carries a pattern rather than a logo. The ink turns to gas and bonds into the polyester face of the neoprene, so the whole sleeve prints at once and a full colour repeat costs the same as a single-colour mark. That changes what you brief. Instead of dropping a logo onto a blank sleeve, you can run a seasonal pattern, a campaign illustration or a staff-designed artwork across the entire surface and put the logo somewhere small. The print will not crack or peel the way a screen print on neoprene eventually does, because there is no ink layer sitting on top of the fabric.

A reusable sleeve is a different purchase from a paper one, and buyers mix them up. Search for a cup sleeve in Singapore and most of what comes back is disposable kraft board sold in packs of fifty to cafes. That is a consumable for a counter. This is a 3mm neoprene sleeve a recipient keeps in a bag and reuses for months, which is why it costs several dollars rather than several cents. If what you actually need is printed board for a cafe counter, a print shop will serve you better and cheaper. If you want something with your artwork on it that stays in circulation, this is the right item.

One constraint worth knowing before artwork. The sleeve is a flat tube that stretches around the cup, so artwork distorts slightly at the seam and anything placed hard against the bound rim can be clipped. Keep type and logos away from the top and bottom 10mm and avoid designs that depend on a perfectly straight horizontal line meeting at the join. Patterns, gradients and illustration handle this well. A tight geometric grid does not.

Two hundred pieces is well under half a carton. A full carton holds 500 sleeves at 52 x 42 x 36cm, 0.08 cubic metres and 13.5kg, so a 200-piece run is roughly 5.4kg of freight — small enough that air is sensible and the 25 working day indent is the real constraint rather than shipping.
