The bamboo lid is the whole point. Our other collapsible boxes are silicone, which packs smaller but reads as gym kit. It expands rather than collapses. That is a real difference. A silicone box squashes flat when empty but offers one capacity when full. This one gives you two: a 1 litre single compartment for a normal lunch, or 1.8 litres across two tiers when you need to keep a curry away from the rice. The cutlery tray slots in either way.

Branding is hot stamped onto the bamboo. Bamboo is a natural material, so grain, colour and stamp tone vary slightly between pieces. Keep artwork to a solid mark; fine detail and pale logos disappear into the grain.
