Custom Sports Pants, Fully Sublimated 180gsm Polyester Mesh

Made to order mens sports pants in 180gsm polyester mesh, printed edge to edge by sublimation so the design runs across seams rather than stopping at a panel. Nothing about these is off the shelf. We supply and brand them; we do not manufacture them.

Read the lead time before anything else. These are cut and printed to your design after you approve a pre-production sample, so thirty working days is roughly six weeks and it is not compressible. If your event is inside two months, this is the wrong product and we will say so — the stock apparel lines can be decorated far faster.

Sublimation is why you would wait. The dye becomes part of the fibre rather than sitting on top of it, so the print does not crack, peel or fade through a season of washing, and there is no added weight or stiffness where the design sits. A screen printed stripe on mesh does all three of those things badly.

No colour count, no panel limits. Gradients, photographic fills, a sponsor block down one leg and a different one down the other all cost the same, because the whole garment prints as a single image. That is a different design brief from a two colour print, and it is worth briefing your designer accordingly.

Where it sits in the range. These belong with our custom jersey work and are normally ordered as part of a full kit rather than alone. At 100 pieces and six weeks they suit a club season, a corporate games team or a staff sports programme planned in advance — not a last minute giveaway.
