- Send us the product, quantity, logo and delivery date; we aim to reply with an itemised quotation and a free digital mockup within one business day.
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is set per range: typically 100 pieces per design, 200–500 for some ranges, lanyards 500 and gift-with-purchase 1,000.
- Standard lead time is 21–45 days from artwork approval; a 7-working-day express option applies to local-stock designs in selected ranges.
- Prices on our website and the price bands below are indicative and before GST; quotations and invoices are itemised in Singapore dollars with GST added, issued by Aquaholic Gifts Pte Ltd (UEN 201500023Z).

How does Aquaholic Gifts quote a corporate gift order?
You tell us what you need, we send back an itemised quotation with a free digital mockup, and production starts once you approve the quote and the artwork. There is no charge for quoting or for the mockup, and no obligation to order.

- Receive your quotation and mockup — we aim to send these within one business day, with each item, its quantity and branding method listed line by line.
- Confirm and approve the artwork — we adjust the mockup until you are happy with logo size, colour and position.
- Production — 21–45 days from artwork approval, or 7 working days for express local-stock designs.
- Delivery to your office or event venue in Singapore.
What should you include in a quote request?
Five details get you an accurate quote first time: product, quantity, logo file, branding preference and the date you need the gifts.
- Product or range — a product link from our site is ideal.
- Quantity per design — this sets the price tier and must meet the range MOQ.
- Logo — vector (AI, EPS, PDF) is best; a clear PNG is fine for the first mockup.
- Branding — number of logo colours and positions, or tell us your budget and we will suggest a method.
- Delivery date and location — so we can tell you straight away whether standard or express production fits.
What affects the price of a corporate gift?
Quantity matters most, followed by the product model, the branding method and the packaging. The same mug can differ substantially in unit price between a 1-colour print at 1,000 pieces and a full-colour print at 300.
- Quantity: larger orders spread set-up costs and lower the unit price.
- Branding: one-colour printing costs less than full-colour, embroidery or engraving.
- Positions: each extra logo position adds a printing cost.
- Packaging: individual gift boxes or custom packaging add to the unit price.
- Timing: express production applies only to local-stock designs in selected ranges.

What are the MOQ, lead time and price band for each range?
MOQ is per design and varies by range; the tables list each range’s MOQ, express availability and indicative price band, and the exact MOQ is also shown on every category page. Standard lead time for all ranges is 21–45 days from artwork approval. Price bands are indicative per piece (around 300 pieces), before GST, and depend on model, quantity and branding.
