We sell three notebook and pen sets at a similar price, and the cover material is what separates them. This one is the natural, undyed option: kraft board, cream sugarcane paper, visible fibre. Our Omega Fashion set is the same money in a PU hard cover across nine saturated colours with an aluminium pen, which suits a brand palette. The recycled sugarcane set adds coloured RPET trim and a recycled plastic pen for an explicit ESG story. Pick kraft when you want the gift to look unbranded and natural rather than corporate.

The pen loop is a small thing that decides whether the set stays together. Most notebook and pen sets separate within a week because there is nowhere to keep the pen. This cover has a loop stitched to the side, so the pen travels with the book. If you are buying a set rather than two items, that is the feature that makes it one.

Kraft board takes print differently from PU. It is an uncoated, slightly textured surface, so a screen print sits into the board rather than on top of it and the result reads softer than the same artwork on a coated cover. Single-colour marks in black, white or a deep brand colour work well. Fine gradients and photographic artwork do not, and a very pale ink will be lost against the kraft. The notebook front gives you 100 x 170mm, which is generous.

Two hundred sets is under seven cartons. A carton holds 30 sets at 49 x 42 x 27cm, 0.06 cubic metres and 15kg, so the minimum run is roughly 0.4 cubic metres and 100kg, each set in its own kraft box ready to hand over. Stock is held, so the lead time is the branding run rather than production.
